Role & responsibilities
Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, MS Intune,
Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).
Manage identities and access using Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access and MFA.
Implement and manage Intune for device compliance, configuration, and endpoint security.
Configure and maintain Microsoft Defender (Defender for Office 365, Endpoint, Identity).
Perform security hardening, audit logging, and compliance configurations.
Manage mail flow, transport rules, and troubleshooting in Exchange Online.
Oversee SharePoint and Teams governance, lifecycle, and access control.
Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for M365.
Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues across M365 services.
Work with PowerShell and Graph API for automation and advanced configurations.

Preferred candidate profile

Must Have Technical Skills




Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Entra Admin Center.
Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams
Robust expertise in identity & access management (IAM)
Knowledge of Microsoft Defender Suite and Purview Compliance
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
Understanding of Zero Trust framework and security best practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
8 to 12 years of progressive experience in M365 Enterprise architecture, with at least 34 years in a senior architect or M365 Administrator within a GCC, MNC, or large-scale enterprise.
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity.
