Strategic HR Qualified with robust expertise in

Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits and prior experience in the

Manufacturing Industry

. The role will involve driving compensation strategy, rewards programs, benchmarking, and HR analytics aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage

Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits programs and frameworks.
Conduct compensation benchmarking, salary analysis, and market intelligence.
Support annual compensation reviews, increments, promotions, and incentive structures.
Develop and implement reward strategies to attract and retain talent.
Partner with business leaders on compensation decisions and workforce cost planning.




Ensure compliance with applicable compensation and advantages policies.
Drive HR analytics and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute, preferably in HR.
2+ years of relevant experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits.
Prior experience in the

Manufacturing Industry is mandatory/preferred

.
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of compensation structures, market benchmarking, and HR practices.
