About the Role A Sales Associate is responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, assisting them in selecting suitable eyewear, and delivering a positive in-store experience. The role also involves supporting the store team in achieving sales and operational objectives.

Responsibilities

Customer Experience
Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, perks, and available options clearly.
Assist customers throughout the purchase journey.
Respond to customer queries in a courteous and professional manner.
Ensure a positive and personalized customer experience.

Sales
Achieve assigned individual and store sales targets.
Drive customer conversions through effective product recommendations.
Develop a good understanding of Lenskart's products and offerings.




Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products based on customer needs.
Support the team in achieving overall store business objectives.

Store Operations
Follow Lenskart's store processes and SOPs.
Maintain proper product display and store presentation.
Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and customer-ready.
Support day-to-day store activities as required.
Handle products and merchandise responsibly.
