HGE International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced professionals for our Merchandising & Product Development team. We are open to candidates with experience in Equestrian/Saddlery, Bags & Fashion Accessories, or Footwear Design.

We are specifically looking for candidates with expertise in any of the following areas:
Equestrian / Saddlery Merchandiser
Experience in Equestrian / Saddlery / Horse Tack products.
Robust knowledge of Saddles, Bridles, Reins, Halters, Girths and other Equestrian Accessories.
Experience in merchandising, product development, sampling, costing and buyer coordination.
Candidates having hands-on experience in Saddlery/Equestrian products will be preferred.
Bag & Fashion Merchandiser
Experience in Bags, Handbags, Leather Goods, Fashion Accessories or Lifestyle Products.
Knowledge of product development, sampling, costing and production follow-up.
Ability to coordinate with buyers, design, sampling, production and quality teams.
Valuable understanding of materials, trims and accessories.




Footwear Designer Open & Closed Footwear
Experience in designing and developing Open & Closed Footwear.
Knowledge of footwear construction, materials, components and trims.
Ability to develop recent designs, styles and collections.
Knowledge of current footwear and fashion trends.
Coordination with sampling, merchandising and production teams.

Common Responsibilities
Product development from concept to production.
Sample development and approval follow-up.
Costing and product specifications.
Buyer/customer coordination.
Coordination with production, sampling, quality and sourcing teams.
Follow-up of timelines and order execution.
Understanding customer requirements and ensuring timely development.

Candidates with relevant experience in Equestrian, Saddlery, Leather Goods, Bags, Fashion Accessories or Footwear are encouraged to apply.
