We are looking for a qualified and experienced Legal Executive / Legal Associate with an LLB background and minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate law. The candidate will be responsible for handling and managing all legal documentation and legal matters related to the company’s real estate properties and projects.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and review all property and real estate-related legal documents.
Draft, review, and maintain agreements, sale deeds, lease agreements, MoUs, notices, and other legal documents.
Conduct and coordinate property title verification and due diligence.
Verify property documents, ownership records, encumbrance certificates, and related documentation.
Coordinate with advocates, government authorities, registration offices, and other legal professionals.
Assist with property registration, documentation, and compliance.
Maintain proper records of all legal documents related to properties and projects.
Identify potential legal issues related to properties and provide appropriate guidance to management.
Handle legal correspondence and assist in resolving property-related disputes.




Ensure that all real estate transactions and documentation comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide regular updates to management regarding ongoing legal matters.

Requirements
LLB degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate/property law.
Robust knowledge of property documentation and real estate legal procedures.
Good drafting and documentation skills.
Familiarity with property registration and due-diligence processes.
Robust communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple legal matters and documentation.
Candidates based in Mysore or willing to work from Mysore are preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with a real estate developer, builder, property company, or law firm handling property/real estate matters will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
