Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Finance &
Accounts to lead day-to-day Finance &
Accounts operations, ensure statutory compliance, maintain accurate financial records, support financial planning, and strengthen internal financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall Finance &
Accounts operations and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger functions.
Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities.
Review accounting entries, reconciliations and financial records.
Manage GST, TDS and other taxation-related activities and compliances.
Monitor cash flow, banking transactions and working capital requirements.
Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management review.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation and statutory requirements.
Establish, monitor and improve financial controls and accounting processes.




Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
Guide, supervise and mentor the Finance &
Accounts team.
Ensure timely closure of audit requirements and financial documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile
7–8 years of relevant experience in Finance &
Accounts.
Solid hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, compliance and financial reporting.
Experience in managing and supervising a Finance &
Accounts team.
Candidates with CA Inter / CMA Inter qualification will be preferred.
Good communication, coordination and decision-making skills.
