Job Role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive to promote and generate business for our Structural Design, Bank Valuation, and Structural Stability Services.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach new clients for structural design and engineering services.
Generate leads from building owners, builders, contractors, architects, developers, and institutions.
Promote bank valuation services and coordinate with clients and bank officials.
Develop business opportunities for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.
Promote structural stability assessment and certification services for schools, colleges, marriage halls, hotels, hostels, and other public/private buildings.
Coordinate with clients regarding site inspections,



valuation, structural design, and technical requirements.
Follow up with prospective clients through telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct visits.
Maintain client information, leads, follow-ups, and business development records.
Coordinate with the technical team to convert enquiries into projects.
Build and maintain qualified relationships with builders, architects, contractors, banks, and property owners.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
