Key Responsibilities :
Identify and generate B2B leads for IT services such as mobile app development and software development
Conduct market research to identify target industries, companies, decision-makers, and potential clients.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, online directories, databases, and other relevant channels.
Manage leads from the initial prospecting stage through follow-ups, engagement, qualification, and handover to the sales team.
Develop and execute systematic follow-up strategies through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other appropriate channels.
Update lead status, follow-up activities, and next actions in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams for lead-generation campaigns and business development activities.
Support the planning and execution of email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, outreach campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
Track campaign performance and share regular reports on leads,



responses, meetings, and conversions.
Work with the team to develop content that supports lead generation and business development objectives.

Required Skills :
Must have 02 to 04 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Digital Marketing, or Business Development support.
Solid understanding of the complete lead generation and nurturing process.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Lead Generation and Email Outreach.
Positive knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Snov.io, or similar tools.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Valuable understanding of email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
Solid content writing and business communication skills.
