Marketing & Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive current customer acquisition, business growth, and key account management for our Aluminium Die Casting and Sheet Metal manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities
Develop current OEM, Tier-1, Tier-2, and industrial customers.
Generate and manage RFQs, enquiries, quotations, costing, and commercial negotiations.
Develop business opportunities through customer visits, networking, exhibitions, and market research.
Manage existing customer relationships and generate repeat/current projects.
Coordinate with Engineering, Tool Room, Production, Quality, Finance, and NPD teams.
Follow projects from RFQ to development, PPAP/APQP and SOP.




Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and achieve assigned sales/revenue targets.

Qualification: Engineering Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred. Preferred Experience: Die Casting, Sheet Metal, Auto Components or Engineering Manufacturing.
