Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Head to lead and manage the overall maintenance operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all maintenance activities, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high safety and operational standards.

Department: Maintenance

Location: GRS Fantasy Park, Mysuru

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in maintenance management is a plus.

Experience: 10 -15 years of experience in maintenance management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.

Age Limit: Up to 48 Years

Salary Range: As per the industry Standards

Key Responsibilities:
Departmental Management
Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fabrication teams
Ensure effective and smooth maintenance processes
Problem-Solving & Decision Making
Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues
Resolve complex maintenance challenges quickly and effectively
Project Management
Plan, execute, and monitor maintenance projects
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per standards




Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies
Ensure quick response to breakdowns and minimize operational downtime
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance teams
Promote a positive and collaborative work environment
Budget & Resource Management
Prepare and manage department budget
Optimize resource utilization and control costs
Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards
Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment status
Provide regular performance reports to senior management
