Role Description
4–7 yrs hands-on with AWS services & CaaS platforms (Amazon Connect, Genesys, RingCentral).
2 yrs: contact flow development, Lex BOT, Chat/Voice BOTs, routing, and reporting.
CI/CD pipeline experience on AWS or Azure; solid monitoring & deployment automation skills.
Familiarity with Voice, IVR, Chat, SMS/WhatsApp, conversational AI, and sentiment analysis.
Ability to provide L3 application support and openness to learn recent domains and technologies.
Solid communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
