Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth functioning and reliability of machinery and equipment used in our plant.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and machine-related issues.
Regularly inspect machinery to identify potential breakdowns.
Maintain and service equipment such as shredders, grinders, conveyors, washing lines, extruders, pumps, compressors, and other plant machinery.
Replace or repair worn-out machine parts and components.
Monitor machine performance and identify abnormal sounds, vibrations, heating, or other issues.
Coordinate with the Production team for machine maintenance and breakdown resolution.
Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance records.




Assist in machinery installation, commissioning, and shifting whenever required.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Follow all plant safety, EHS, and maintenance procedures.

Required Qualification & Skills:
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Maintenance, or relevant technical field.
1–2 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
Valuable knowledge of machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of mechanical components such as bearings, belts, chains, gears, shafts, pumps, and motors.
Ability to identify and resolve machine breakdowns.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant.
