We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Junior Manager-Production Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience in tube manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of welding processes, including TIG/MIG and ROBO Welding, as well as SPC/MSA.
Roles and Responsibility
Oversee the production process to ensure effective and high-quality output.
Implement and maintain 5S/Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to improve welding techniques and reduce defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards and regulations.
Job Requirements
Diploma or degree in any field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in tube manufacturing.
Knowledge of GD&T; and awareness of SPC/MSA principles.
Experience with TIG/MIG and ROBO Welding processes.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and 5S practices.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
