Key Responsibilities
Sampling &
Product Development
Review buyer tech packs, artwork, order sheets, and specification requirements carefully.
Coordinate the creation and dispatch of proto, fit, size set, and pre-production (PP) samples.
Track sample status and secure timely approvals from buyers.
Sourcing &
Procurement
Assist in sourcing fabrics, accessories, and trims based on buyer specifications.
Place purchase orders for raw materials with nominated or approved local suppliers.
Follow up on raw material delivery schedules to ensure factory floor lines are supplied on time.
Production Coordination &
Documentation
Maintain and update Time &
Action (T&A;) calendars and order tracking sheets.
Coordinate daily with internal departments like cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control.
Prepare internal production reports, size breakdown charts, and shipping documentation.
Communication
Draft regular skilled update emails and follow-ups regarding order progress for buyers.
Communicate material shortages or delays instantly to senior management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
