We are looking for an experienced Manager – Operations to oversee and coordinate day-to-day hospital operations in Miryalaguda. The role involves managing operational workflows, coordinating with departments, supporting patient services, and ensuring smooth and productive hospital operations.

Qualifications
MBA, MHA, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospital operations.
Knowledge of hospital workflows and operational processes.
Solid leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and workflows.
Coordinate with clinical, administrative, billing, and support departments.




Monitor operational processes to ensure productive patient services.
Supervise and coordinate operational staff.
Identify operational issues and support timely resolution.
Monitor departmental performance and service standards.
Maintain appropriate operational records and reports.
Support implementation of hospital policies and procedures.
Coordinate with hospital management on operational requirements and improvements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
