Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and well-organized candidate to handle marketing, sales follow-ups, and HR support activities. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, basic business understanding, and the ability to coordinate with customers, employees and management efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Sales Coordination
Lead generation,follow up and conversion
Support digital marketing campaigns

HR & Administrative Activities
Assist in recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
Maintain employee records and attendance
Coordinate onboarding and HR documentation
Support internal communication and office administration

Required Skills
Valuable communication skills in English and Tamil
Spoken Hindi would an added advantage but not mandatory
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Positive attitude and qualified behavior
Ability to multitask and work independently




Basic understanding of marketing, sales, or HR processes is preferred

Qualification
Any Degree (MBA / BBA / B.Com / BA preferred)
Freshers can apply
1–3 years of experience will be an added advantage
