The role involves understanding our ERP solution, identifying potential customers, generating leads, understanding client requirements, and supporting the Sales Manager in converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities • Generate leads through cold calling, online research, networking and other channels.
Connect with potential business customers and understand their requirements.
Explain the ERP product and its key features to prospective clients.
Support the Sales Manager in product presentations and client meetings.
Schedule and coordinate product demos with prospective customers.
Visit clients when required to understand their business requirements and support the sales process.
Qualify leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare basic requirement notes and coordinate with the sales/product team.




Maintain lead and customer information in the CRM.
