Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical failures and minimize equipment downtime.
Monitor machine performance and identify potential maintenance issues.
Coordinate with technicians and maintenance teams for daily maintenance activities.
Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, and reports.
Ensure proper availability of critical spare parts and maintenance materials.
Coordinate with vendors and external service providers for maintenance and repair activities.
Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards during all activities.
Support installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement of mechanical equipment.
Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Supervise and guide maintenance technicians and junior engineers.
Ensure maintenance activities are completed within the planned time and budget.
