About the Role

As Marketing Lead, you will own B2B marketing across our consulting services and our products, with organic search as the primary engine. You will set the strategy, build demand that turns into business, and do the hands-on work alongside a small team.

Key responsibilities
Inbound demand. Generate qualified B2B leads for consulting and products, and track them through to pipeline and closed business.
Organic search. Own SEO across our websites: buyer-intent keyword strategy, technical SEO, site architecture, content that ranks for commercial terms, and link acquisition.
B2B positioning. Position our consulting services for enterprise technology buyers and our products for their business buyers, each with its own message.
Content. Blogs, case studies, guest articles on external publications, and thought leadership from the founders.
Service offers. Distinct messaging and landing pages for our fixed-price projects and dedicated engineering teams.
Partnerships. Co-marketing with referral partners and technology partner programmes: listings, profiles and partner-sourced leads.
Measurement. CRM,

Brand. Brand guidelines applied consistently across every channel.
Team. Lead a small in-house team and the agencies we work with.

Tools
Google Search Console and Google Analytics
SEO platforms such as Ahrefs or Semrush
Zoho CRM
Headless and traditional CMS platforms
LinkedIn and qualified networks
AI tools for research, content and analysis

What you bring
6–8 years in B2B marketing, including at least 3 years leading marketing for a brand or product line
Expert-level SEO, technical and content, beyond on-page basics
A record of B2B organic growth you can show in numbers: rankings for commercial terms, traffic, leads and pipeline
Inbound lead or pipeline targets you were personally measured on
Experience marketing to international B2B buyers, ideally in Europe
Excellent written and spoken English
Hands-on experience with SEO tools, a CRM and web analytics

Preferred qualifications
Marketing for both a services business and a SaaS product
A background in IT services, technology consulting or B2B SaaS
Experience building a marketing function from the ground up
Experience with technology partner programmes
