Role & responsibilities
Assist in distributor and partner onboarding activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for collection of required documents and information
Track onboarding status and maintain related MIS, trackers, and records.
Follow up with distributors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and status updates.
Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and onboarding progress.
Provide operational support for distributor engagement initiatives and partner communication.
Support data analysis and process improvement initiatives as assigned by the team

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
An MBA in Finance - Pursuing

Desired Skills Required
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Robust coordination and follow-up abilities.
Attention to detail and documentation management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Proactive approach and eagerness to learn.
