About Olixir Oils

Olixir Oils is a growing food brand focused on bringing high-quality, traditionally produced and cold-pressed oils to consumers. We are building a strong, productive operation and are looking for an Operations Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth execution
Coordinate production, procurement, inventory and dispatch
Maintain stock records and ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and logistics partners
Track orders and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
Maintain operational records, MIS and daily/weekly reports
Coordinate with production and other internal teams
Monitor quality, wastage and operational efficiency
Help develop and implement SOPs and processes




Identify operational issues and proactively resolve them
Support HORECA and institutional orders
Assist the management team in improving systems and scaling operations

What We Are Looking For
2–3 years of experience in operations, FMCG, food, manufacturing, retail or a related industry
Strong coordination and communication skills
Positive Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities
Someone who is organised, proactive and takes ownership
Comfortable working in a growing and evolving business setting
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
