Current Product Development (NPD) Manager

Experience: 10–12 Years

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/EEE/ECE or related discipline.

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced NPD skilled with 10–12 years of experience in consumer electronics product development to lead projects from concept to mass production while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end NPD projects from concept to mass production.
Coordinate Mechanical, Hardware, Firmware, Software, Quality, SCM and Manufacturing

teams.
Manage project schedules, risks, milestones and product launch.
Work with OEM/ODM partners and suppliers.
Support electronics design reviews and system architecture discussions.
Coordinate mechanical design, DFM/DFA and plastic mold development.
Participate in tooling reviews (T0/T1/T2) and engineering changes.
Drive EVT, DVT and PVT validation.




Coordinate product certifications (BIS, CE, FCC, RoHS, etc.).
Finalize BOM and target product cost.
Drive value engineering and cost optimization.
Support pilot production and manufacturing ramp-up.
