: Customer Service Supervior

As a customer service Supervisor the roles include customer order processing, logistics coordination, invoicing, and supply chain activities. The role ensures timely order fulfillment, compliance with statutory requirements, and high customer satisfaction through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer service operations, including order entry, order confirmation, invoicing, and dispatch coordination.
Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) by planning and monitoring shipments in coordination with production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Ensure compliance with GST, E-Way Bill, and all mandatory documentation for domestic and export shipments.
Work on SAP MM module for order processing, billing.




Build and maintain solid customer relationships, addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely and qualified manner.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Production, Finance, Quality, and Logistics to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.
Robust knowledge of GST, E-Way Bill, and export & domestic documentation.
Hands-on experience with SAP MM.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
