RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate domestic and international shipments through air, sea, and road transportation in collaboration with Customs House Agents (CHA) and warehouse teams.
Prepare, review, and verify export documentation, including:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Shipping Bill
Bill of Lading (BL)
Air Waybill (AWB)
Certificate of Origin (COO)
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Other regulatory documents
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, transporters, shipping lines, and airlines to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Monitor shipment movements and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT requirements, and pharmaceutical export-import guidelines.
Manage documentation related to export incentive schemes such as:
Advance Authorization
EPCG
RoDTEP
Duty Drawback
Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Production teams for shipment clearances and documentation.
Support internal and external audits and maintain records as per GDP and GMP requirements.
Prepare logistics reports and maintain shipment-related records using MS Excel and reporting tools.
Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation activities efficiently.
DESIRED SKILLS
Knowledge of Export-Import (EXIM) documentation and procedures.
Experience in pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation.
Understanding of customs clearance, DGFT regulations, and export incentive schemes.
Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and pharmaceutical logistics requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Robust coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
