Key Responsibilities
Design and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 .
Provide technical expertise across different areas of Dynamics CRM.
Work extensively with Dynamics 365 Sales , including:
Lead Management
Account Management
Contact Management
Sales Processes
Policy Sales Lifecycle
Develop custom CRM solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Azure Functions .
Build and customize PowerApps Canvas Apps, PCF Controls, and Power Automate workflows .
Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications and Azure services.
Work with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD, and deployment.




Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to deliver CRM solutions.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.

Good to Have
Experience with Dynamics 365 Copilot and AI capabilities .
Exposure to AI Agents, conversational AI, lead qualification, and sales automation .
Knowledge of cloud-based CRM architecture and integration patterns.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Candidate Profile
Solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and architecture .
Robust programming knowledge in C#, .NET, and JavaScript .
Hands-on experience with PowerApps, PCF, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Azure .
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
