Job Profile/Responsibilities –

Apply best rates for call routing as per requirements

▪ Analayse the rates and apply rates accordingly

▪ Traffic/Alarm Monitoring

▪ Submitted KPI reports (for SMS, Voice ,ACD etc)

▪ Raising Fault tickets to Customer Complaints

▪ Resolve the issue within SLA.

Freshers can also apply with technical knowledge

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
