Bendic Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented PCD Pharma Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in PCD Pharma / Pharma Franchise Sales and be capable of generating current business and converting leads into franchise customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent PCD Pharma franchise customers across India.
Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Explain company products, pricing, schemes and franchise prospects to prospective customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.




Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Maintain proper follow-up and sales records.

Candidate Requirements
1–4 years of experience in PCD Pharma / Pharma Franchise Sales.
Candidates with proven PCD sales experience will be preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and PCD business.
Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.

Salary & Benefits ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Sales Incentives

Salary will be decided based on experience, skills and previous PCD sales performance.
