· 3–7 years of experience in Field Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Educational Marketing.
· Experience working with higher education institutions, universities, business schools, or EdTech organizations offering MBA programmes will be strongly preferred.
· Comfortable with extensive field travel and committed to daily market visits.
· Solid consultative selling skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
· Ability to work in a target-driven environment and handle sales pressure effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in regional language(s) will be an added advantage.
· Solid presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to represent the organization professionally.
· Quick learner who is receptive to feedback and continuously strives for improvement.
· Presentable personality with prior fieldwork experience, preferably in the education, EdTech, training, or service industry.
· Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
