ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Robust understanding of automotive finishes, paint and coating application, and the equipment used in the paint process.
Responsible for daily Paint Shop production as per production plan and targets.
Manage Pre-Treatment, E-Coat, Primer, Sealer, Paint Booth, Oven and Top Coat processes.
Monitor process parameters, production output, OEE, cycle time, rejection and rework.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Principles is a plus.
