Role & responsibilities We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with solid experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate records and build a solid talent pipeline.
Work closely with hiring teams to ensure timely closures.
Required Experience:
24 years of recruitment experience.
Mandatory experience in Non-IT hiring.
Solid communication, sourcing, and candidate management skills.
