Job Title: Nurse Technician

Location: Qatar

Salary: QAR 2,800/ 73,688 INR per month

Preferred Age: Up to 40 years

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Nurse Technician to support nurses and healthcare professionals in providing basic patient care and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient clinical environment. The successful candidate should have relevant nursing education and at least 1 year of experience as a Nurse Technician/Assistant after completion of the required registration/licensing process.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with basic wound care and dressing changes.
Collect urine, stool, and sputum specimens for laboratory testing.
Monitor patients and report changes in condition to the supervising nurse.
Assist nurses with medication preparation as directed.
Communicate with patients and families regarding basic care procedures.
Maintain accurate patient care documentation.
Restock medical and nursing supplies.
Follow infection prevention and control procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient-care environment.





Requirements

Candidates must have one of the following:
18 months to 2 years Nursing Diploma after completion of 12 years of high school education or equivalent; OR
3-year Nursing Diploma after completion of 9 years of general education from a recognized Technical Nursing School.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nurse Technician/Nurse Assistant after the required registration/licensing.
Relevant hospital or healthcare facility experience preferred.

Other Requirements:
Candidates should be willing to work 12-hour shifts, 6 days per week.
Preferably 40 years of age or below.
Valuable communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
Ability to work under the supervision and delegation of registered nursing staff.
