Position: OPT Recruiter
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates across OPT categories.
Build and maintain a robust consultant pipeline for internal hiring.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, referrals, and other social platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
Understand candidate skills, experience, work authorization, and job preferences.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Collaborate with Sales teams to support consultant deployment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
