Performance Marketing & E-Commerce Manager

Location: Bengaluru | Full time | Work from Office

Bionova Research Labs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Performance Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to drive growth for our D2C health, wellness and personal-care brands.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage Meta Ads & Google Ads with focus on sales, ROAS and customer acquisition.
Manage and grow Shopify/D2C website, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other marketplaces.
Plan product launches, promotional campaigns and marketplace growth.
Monitor daily sales, ad performance, conversion rates and marketing spends.
Improve website traffic, conversion, SEO and customer acquisition.
Coordinate with creative, content and marketplace teams.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance and sales reports.





Candidate Profile
3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing + E-Commerce/D2C.
Solid knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4 and Shopify.
Marketplace management experience preferred.
Must be data-driven, proactive and accountable for results.
Experience in FMCG, nutraceuticals, beauty, wellness or healthcare brands is an advantage.
