We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads who can manage campaigns, optimize performance, and generate quality leads and conversions for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram campaigns.
Handle Lead Generation, Conversion, Remarketing & E-commerce campaigns.
Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS & conversions.
Manage Meta Pixel, CAPI, events & conversion tracking.
Conduct audience research and A/B testing.
Monitor budgets and improve campaign performance.
Analyze data and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with content, design & video teams for ad creatives.
Manage multiple client accounts and stay updated with Meta Ads trends.

Requirements
1–2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Business Manager.
Understanding of targeting, retargeting, funnels & tracking.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and website tracking.
Positive analytical, communication & reporting skills.
Google Ads experience is an added advantage.
Whatsapp automation and e-commerce experience is a plus.
