Hiring: Manager Performance Marketing

Location: Chennai

Experience: 8–15 Years

We are looking for a robust Performance Marketing leader to drive digital acquisition, scale campaigns and own business outcomes across the full customer funnel.

Key Responsibilities
Own performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, DV360, Meta, Microsoft/Bing, LinkedIn, Programmatic, Affiliate, Partner channels & Apple Search Ads
Drive lead generation, conversion, disbursals, COA and ROI across campaigns.
Manage and optimise large marketing budgets with focus on CPL, CPA, COA, Conversion Rate and ROAS.
Drive App Marketing & Acquisition campaigns.
Analyse daily performance using Power BI, GA4 and GTM to identify trends, funnel gaps and optimisation opportunities.
Drive audience/cohort analysis and full-funnel optimisation from acquisition to disbursal.
Lead testing across audiences, creatives, bidding, landing pages and channels.
Work closely with Product, Analytics, Technology and Business teams to improve campaign and funnel performance.
Lead agencies/partners and mentor the performance marketing team.




Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends, platforms, technologies and AI-driven solutions, and identify opportunities to adopt new approaches that can improve growth and efficiency.

Must-Have 10–15 years of Performance Marketing experience

Solid hands-on expertise in Google Ads, DV360, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, Apple Search & Programmatic

Strong Affiliate & Partner Acquisition experience

App Marketing & Acquisition experience

Strong knowledge of GA4 & Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Power BI experience for daily data analysis and reporting

Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, COA, Conversion, Disbursals & ROAS

Solid analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

Experience in Financial Services / Fintech / Banking / NBFC

Experience with Lending products – Personal Loan, Business Loan, Two-Wheeler Loan, Gold Loan, Consumer Finance, etc.

Experience managing large acquisition budgets and optimising COA against actual disbursals/revenue.
