Performance Marketing Specialist Meta & Google Ads

Working Hours: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and grow Rangvarsha Sarees paid advertising across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
Drive website sales, WhatsApp enquiries, leads and store visits.
Manage retargeting, audience targeting and conversion campaigns.
Analyse ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rates.
Test and optimize creatives, audiences, offers and campaigns.
Manage Google Search, Shopping/PMax and remarketing campaigns.
Track performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI.




Work with the content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Plan campaigns around festivals, recent collections and seasonal offers.
Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.

Requirements
24+ years of hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads.
Experience in fashion, apparel, sarees, D2C or e-commerce preferred.
Solid understanding of the Indian fashion/e-commerce customer.
Proven track record of improving sales and ROAS.
Robust analytical and creative thinking.
Ability to manage campaigns independently and work with a team.
