Roles and Responsibilities
Manage order processing from receipt to cash application, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics) and external partners (e.g., carriers) to resolve any issues related to orders.
Review and verify invoices for accuracy before applying them to customer accounts.
Analyze order data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the Order-to-Cash process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
