Role & responsibilities
System Integration Able to handle interface between SAP and external WMS systems with hands on experience in SAP EWM. Be able to solve queues between SAP and EWM system
Inventory Reconciliation Inventory Stock counts, annual stock check, Inventory audit, physical vs system stock reconciliation
Clearance/Donation Orders – Transparent understanding of order management, clearance orders handling, interaction with Order Management team, solve issues related to Order Management, Donation & FOC process
Stock Replenishment - Warehouse to Warehouse Reallocations, Plant to Plant transfers, Sample Order Processing, Special Sales
Open Orders Management – Complete understanding of Open Orders is SAP, causes for Open Customer Orders, mitigate risks associated during MEC,
POD closures during Month End Close
Process improvement - Identify prospects and work with the cross functional teams to implement the best practices and improve overall efficiency
Preferred candidate profile
4+ years’ Experience in Logistics Operations, especially in Warehousing and Invoice Operations with awareness of transactions in Logistics Operations
Working Knowledge in SAP ECC & SP EWM is a must. ARIBA, OTM expertise, will be an added advantage
Hands on work attitude and customer centric nature. Bias towards Action
