Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Packing Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day packing operations, manage packing staff, ensure proper packing standards, and coordinate with the Production and Warehouse teams for smooth dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the packing team.
Allocate work to packing staff and monitor their productivity.
Ensure rubber mats are properly packed, labelled, stacked, and prepared for dispatch.
Check packing quality and ensure products are packed according to company standards.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and proper work practices within the packing team.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for timely movement of finished products.
Monitor packing materials and inform the concerned department when replenishment is required.
Ensure protected handling and storage of finished products.
Train current packing staff on proper packing methods and safety procedures.




Maintain basic packing-related records and reports.
Identify packing issues and take corrective action in coordination with the concerned supervisor/manager.
Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures.

Qualification:
Diploma/Degree qualification.
Previous experience in packing, warehouse, production, or a supervisory role will be preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing workplace is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹15,500.00 per month
