Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Create and manage campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for paid search campaigns.
Manage Google Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max, and other relevant campaign types.
Develop and test ad copies, creatives, audiences, keywords, and landing pages.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Manage daily/weekly/monthly advertising budgets and ensure effective utilization.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platform tracking tools.
Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.
Conduct A/B testing of advertisements, audiences, keywords, and landing pages.
Coordinate with the content, design, SEO, and sales teams to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, targeting options,



and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Understanding of PPC, SEM, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
Knowledge of keyword research and search intent.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Valuable understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Basic understanding of landing-page optimization is an advantage.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Candidates with relevant certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
