/n Summary: We are seeking a agile and experienced PMO. The ideal candidate will own PMO Audits and act as the primary contact for offshore team members. This role requires robust leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Agile principles and client engagement. /n Responsibilities: /n /n
Client Liaison: Serve as the local point of contact for client CC leads, architects, QA managers, and project managers on the ASPIRE program.

Risk Management: Collaborate with the central PMO team to report variances, highlight risks, and issues, and track productivity. Identify underperformers and help redefine critical path items for close monitoring.

/n
Timecard reviewer & first POC for project/program issues : Act as the primary contact for all issues and concerns of offshore team members, including non-ASPIRE team members. Review and approve their timecards to ensure intime billing.

/n
BizOps and GCC Operating Model Support: Assist the BizOps team with allocations, time management and invoicing. Find required Logistics support for offshore team members across India

/n
Compliance and Audits: Oversee client-specific CLRA, Engineering Maturity Model, account-specific GCRO and security audits internally.



Also support Client's PMO audits.

/n /n Qualifications: /n /n
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA

/n
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

/n
Overall exp of 8+ years with minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO

/n
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

/n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

/n
Ability to lead and motivate teams.

/n
Exposure to creation and review of contracts(Client and Vendor Management).

/n
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

/n
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

/n
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
