We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to join our Pre-Authorization (Pre-Auth) Team in the US Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have robust process knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in training and developing healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct current hire and refresher training programs for the Pre-Authorization process.
Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and SOPs.
Identify knowledge gaps and conduct targeted coaching sessions.
Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback.
Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to improve training effectiveness.
Track training metrics and maintain training records.
Support process updates, transitions, and knowledge management activities.





Required Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in US Healthcare, preferably in Pre-Authorization.
Prior experience as a Process Trainer or SME with training responsibilities.
Positive understanding of insurance verification, authorization procedures, and payer guidelines.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Willingness to work in Night Shifts.
Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 30 days' notice preferred.
