Finance Procurement Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance – Procurement Intern to support the Finance team in procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to purchase processes, vendor management, invoice processing, financial documentation, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and procurement documentation.
Support the team in vendor on boarding, vendor coordination, and documentation.
Assist with invoice verification and matching of PO, invoice, and supporting documents.
Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities and ensure timely processing of transactions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors regarding invoices, payments, and pending documents.
Maintain procurement and finance trackers and assist with MIS reporting.




Support vendor reconciliation and follow-up on outstanding invoices/payments.
Assist the Finance team with data validation, reporting, and other finance-related activities.
Ensure proper maintenance of financial and procurement records.

Eligibility & Skills
Graduate / pursuing graduation in B. Com, M. Com, BBA, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Accounting and Finance concepts.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Solid attention to detail and analytical skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn Procurement, P2P, Accounts Payable, and Finance Operations.
Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience can apply.
