Key Responsibilities
Lesson Planning: Design and execute age-appropriate schedules, activities, and curricula focused on letters, numbers, shapes, and colors.
Classroom Management: Maintain a protected, clean, and organized workplace while enforcing positive behavioral rules.
Student Supervision: Monitor children during indoor play, outdoor activities, meals, and rest periods.
Progress Tracking: Assess individual development milestones and report updates to families.
Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
Certifications: State teaching license, CDA (Child Development Associate) credential, or CPR/First Aid certification, depending on local rules.
Soft Skills: High patience, solid interpersonal communication, creativity, and empathy
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
