Reports To: Licensed Pharmacist / Pharmacy Manager

Key Responsibilities
Dispensing Support: Assist the pharmacist in preparing, counting, packaging, and labeling prescriptions accurately.
Customer Service: Greet patients, answer telephone inquiries, and direct prescription or medical queries to the pharmacist.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, check for expired products, and receive incoming medical supplies.
Administrative Tasks: Process cash register transactions, manage basic billing, and maintain organized, confidential patient records.
Housekeeping:



Keep the pharmacy counter, waiting area, and storage spaces clean, sanitized, and compliant with safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (certification in community pharmacy is a plus).
Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience working in a pharmacy assistant or customer-facing medical support role.
Skills: Basic proficiency in pharmacy software, solid communication, high attention to detail, and basic math/numeracy skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods during an 8-hour shift and lift medium-weight inventory boxes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
