Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound calls and generate insurance sales
Explain insurance products, plans, and advantages to customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales
Achieve assigned sales targets
Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions
Maintain customer details and update CRM records
Build robust customer relationships
Requirements: Minimum 6 months of telesales experience
Insurance telesales experience preferred
Good communication and convincing skills Strong sales & negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven workplace
Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹8,894.75 - ₹28,805.69 per month
