The assistant role will primarily involve supporting the day-to-day implementation of the pilot, particularly in engaging with parents and the community, coordinating activities, and helping with basic documentation and follow-ups.

Key responsibilities:
Support community outreach and build relationships with parents and families
Assist with organising and conducting program activities
Coordinate with participants and follow up as required
Collect feedback and observations from the community
Maintain basic records, attendance and documentation
Assist with straightforward translation and review of translated material
Provide general coordination and administrative support to the Program Lead

Ideal candidate:
12th pass or above
Comfortable using a smartphone and basic digital tools
Warm,



approachable and comfortable engaging with parents, families and community members, with valuable communication and relationship-building skills
Able to communicate in the local language and read basic English
Able to assist with easy translation/review of translated material
Reliable, organised and willing to take initiative
A parent or someone with experience working with families would be an advantage The role will be quite hands-on, and we would ideally like someone who is comfortable working closely with the community and can gradually take ownership of day-to-day tasks.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
