Job Title: Industrial Advocate / Legal Executive

Job Responsibilities-
Handle company legal matters, legal notices, and documentation.
Manage labour law matters and employee-related disputes.
Handle Labour Court cases and Industrial Disputes.
Provide legal advice on labour laws and industrial regulations.
Draft and review legal documents, agreements, notices, and affidavits.
Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, and government authorities.
Assist in factory-related legal compliance and statutory documentation.
Maintain legal records, case files, and documentation.
Support management in resolving legal issues related to plant operations.

Required Skills-
Positive knowledge of Labour Laws and Industrial Laws.




Experience in legal documentation and case management.
Robust communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of applicable factory and employment regulations.
Ability to coordinate with management and government departments.

Candidate Requirements-
LLB qualification is mandatory.
2–4 years of relevant experience in industrial, corporate, or labour law.
Experience in a steel manufacturing company or industrial plant will be preferred.
