Pre-Primary Centre Head – Edify Education, Kompally

Edify Education, Kompally is looking for an experienced Pre-Primary Centre Head with 3–5 years of experience in preschool/pre-primary operations. The candidate will oversee academics, centre operations, teacher coordination, parent communication, admissions support, and overall centre performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day pre-primary centre operations.
Lead and coordinate teachers and support staff.
Monitor classroom activities, lesson plans, and academic quality.
Handle parent interactions, feedback, and concerns.
Support admissions, enquiries, and student enrolment activities.
Ensure a protected, positive, and engaging workplace for children.
Maintain centre records, reports, and operational standards.
Organize events and activities for students and parents.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in preschool/pre-primary education.
Robust communication and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of preschool operations and child development.
Graduate degree preferred.
Candidates from reputed preschool/education institutions preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
