Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Website Developer at GLAZA.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, maintaining, and continuously improving GLAZA's websites and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across website development, content updates, performance optimization, troubleshooting, security, integrations, and new feature development.
We're hiring across all levels from freshers looking to start their web development career to experienced developers capable of independently managing website development and technical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and manage GLAZA's websites and web applications
Create and implement new website features, pages, and functionalities
Update website content, images, layouts, and other digital assets
Ensure websites are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, errors, and technical issues
Improve website speed, performance, security, and reliability
Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services when required
Manage website databases and backend systems
Perform regular website updates, maintenance, and backups
Implement basic technical SEO and website optimization practices
Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Support digital marketing and advertising-related website requirements
Collaborate with marketing
